I believe training should support you beyond the gym. My goal is to help you move better, build strength and feel more confident in your body through a safe and individual approach to movement.
My approach has been shaped by both professional training education, REPs certification and many years of dance practice. This combination allows me to focus not only on effectiveness, but also on movement quality, precision and body awareness.
At „Lekka jak atletka”, I combine biomechanics and functional training with an individual approach to help reduce tension, improve stability, support spinal health and build a stronger, more capable body. I want training to become a tool that supports you in everyday life – giving you more freedom of movement, more energy and greater confidence in your body.
